A new survey found the average person spends 35% of their time at the gym NOT working out.  That means for every 60 minutes at the gym, you're only working out for 39 minutes.

Whether they're untangling their headphones, talking to other people, checking their phones, waiting for machines, or just kinda sitting around . . . they aren't working out.

 That means for every 60 minutes you spend at the gym, you're only working out for about 39 minutes.

 

 

55% of the people surveyed said they take breaks to pick songs to listen to.  32% take breaks to talk to other people.
